Safe on all skin types, including treating Melasma. Test patch may be required.
Topical numbing cream is usually applied 30 minutes prior to treatment to make it comfortable. Low-level LaseMD settings may not require topical anaesthetic. During treatment, clients describe a mild warming and tingling sensation.

You may see results after just one treatment, but most people benefit the most from a series of 2 – 4 treatments, spaced one month apart. After reaching your desired results, this treatment can be done every 3 – 9 months to maintain results.

The skin will be red and feel warm immediately post treatment. The day post treatment, most redness will be subsided, and you may notice tiny dots on the skin which will feel a bit rough to touch. They will exfoliate within a week leaving your skin radiant and glowing.
You can use a gentle cleanser and moisturiser to keep the skin hydrated the evening of treatment. You may apply make-up the day after treatment. Avoid skin care with active ingredients such as AHAs, BHAs for about 5 days after treatment or as directed. Avoid Retinol products for 1 week prior and post your treatment. Alway use a broad spectrum sunscreen daily and avoid prolonged sun exposure for 3 weeks post treatment.
