Terms & Conditions of Deposit 
A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking.  This gives confirmation of your booking.  It will come off your charge on the day of your treatment.  It allows you forty-eight (48) business hours prior to your appointment to make last minute changes or to cancel, without forfeiting the charge.   Failure to give notification within the nominated time frame or to attend your appointment will incur this $200, as a ‘fail to attend’ charge.   Please be aware that no credit card details are kept on file.

Returns
The $200 is refundable if you notify us of your cancellation within the forty-eight (48) hour window.
